this is a simple, quick and healthy snack that you can adjust to your liking. you can also eat a bigger portion to replace a meal. it pretty much has everything to keep you nourishes. :)
here I used both Greek plain and vanilla yogurt (about 1/4 cup each)
I added a small handful almonds and protein granola. sliced up some strawberries and sprinkled some unsweetened coconut flakes. yummy
