so this was Vanellope's breakfast yesterday. of course she didn't eat all, but I try to offer a little bit of everything, but still keeping it healthy. she had all the egg and I made her another one. :)

1/2 string cheese
French toast (1 egg, 1 ww bread slice, organic butter, little syrup)
tomato slices with little salt
(she mostly always drinks water throughout the day, sometimes I make her juices too) *she also breastfeeds at night mostly. :)

*here is what she had for breakfast today:
1 egg with half Turkey bologna
1 tbsp almondaise (homemade)
1 tbsp ketchup
1/2 string cheese
Org. Corn chips
Strawberries with Vanilla Greek yogurt.

Vanellope's breakfast today was 1 egg omelet with cheese and Turkey bologna. (I always use olive oil or coconut oil in my cooking) *little ketchup
as for veggies and fruits, I made her a kale, banana, and 1 scoop Vi Shake smoothie (almond milk) she ate half of what's pictured. I'm happy with that. :) I saved the other half of shake for snack later. super healthy IMO.
