since today was going to be a busy day, I knew it could be hard to eat nutritious and yet my veggies in etc..so I decided to add Kale to my Vi Shake. trust me, the kale does not change the flavor at all. :)

and Vi shake.
these ingredients gave me a delicious, creamy, healthy, and nutritious shake. (Vi Shake is super healthy).
